2 Squat Cleans @ 85% of 1 RM
1 Scarecrow
1 Hip Swivel

3) 5 Rounds
6 Hex Bar Dead Lifts (hard but doable)
6 Jump Squats
6 Poor Man leg curl (6L/6R)

4) 5 rounds of
10 Bench press (hard but doable)
1 Rope Climb (or 4 pullups)
10 each KB Renegade Rows
10 each Russian Twists
