CHANGES
 to
 RESCUE STRENGTH







We have changed the format of the training sessions we will be publishing on RESCUE STRENGTH.  We were using RESCUE STRENGTH to publish the sessions that we were conducting in our facility in Colorado Springs.  However, our training is consistently evolving based on the research we do at our facility, the varying needs of our specific athletes, and the feedback we receive from those of you who consistently follow the site.  The demands placed on our firefighters and their schedules are different from those of our Military athletes.  The big difference was not necessarily the physical demands of the professions, but the daily schedules they follow.  Our military athletes typically perform PT every weekday as a group , where our Firefighters will train with their crew on shift, which is usually only 2-3 times a week.  


From now on, RESCUE STRENGTH will be posting free training sessions that are firefighter specific and intended to be performed while on shift at the Fire Station.  


As for our Military followers, we have merged with MILITARY ATHLETE and will be publishing our daily Military Training sessions through www.militaryathlete.com .  Our Military Athlete site requires a monthly fee for access to the daily sessions, but it is well worth all the information you receive as well as the access you have to our knowledgeable training staff.
